By now, one would think that a woman would be able to do whatever she likes with her body sans the public commentary. But ask about a woman with armpit hair and they'd surely say that isn't the case. From Miley Cyrus and Madonna to Julia Roberts and Penelope Cruz, more and more female celebs have been rocking long armpit hair lately. Perhaps it's a proverbial middle finger to conventional beauty standards, or perhaps they just ran out of razors? Whatever their reason, these ladies look good no matter the length of their pit hair.
Whatever you choose to do with your body hair is totally up to you. Shave it, sugar it, wax it, laser it all off, or rock body hair the way Mother Nature intended. Either way, it's time we end the stigma surrounding women's body hair altogether. Unfortunately we live in a world where it's still seen as taboo for women to be anything other than hairless. But when New Jersey native and singer Halsey appeared on the cover of Rolling Stone with the slightest hint of underarm stubble this month, she was lauded by women celebrities across industries. When brands use models who rock hairy pits, legs, bikini lines, brows, etc. Don't Care!!!!!! Former Destiny's Child member Kelly Rowland also gave a sneak peek at her armpit hair on the red carpet.
Eventually I hope each wards get to a point where they know that as a ward family our job is simply to make sure that each person, member or non member knows that when they enter the house of the Lord, they are loved. Only you will know. Obviously don't make any commitments further in the relationship because you do not want to be married into an insane orthodox LDS family because it will cause alot of troubles.
One small thing to add here. I have always been a very active, outdoor person. This is a very interesting blog and I'm happy to have found it. The church is very important to her. I am afraid of what these years ahead could mean to our family; make it or break it.
